By placing an order with Oculto Art Studio, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for billing, shipping, and contact purposes. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Oculto Art Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected and approved.
No refunds or exchanges are offered for gift cards or items marked as final sale.
For candles or fragrance products, returns will only be accepted if the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ocultogroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
